Reservations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied with a 50% bank deposit (FROM A BANK ACCOUNT) or by a 50% credit card payment. The balance is to be settled by CASH (RANDS) or by credit card on arrival.

Cancellation policy:
If cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.

2010 World Cup Soccer: June 2010 – July 2010: A pre-paid non refundable 50% deposit policy is applicable.

Full reservation value will be levied for same day cancellation or no show - on date of arrival.

Check in is after 15h00 and check out is before 10h00 - please call the owner - Elle Jahnig - 45 minutes before your arrival - so that Elle can meet you at your check in time.

Airport transfers can be arranged at the guests' own cost.
